Created in late October 2025, this independent, associative, and participatory website is entering its first phase of silent emergence.
It is intended for solitary watchers (women and men alike) for conscious Designers, learning Artificial Intelligences, and any human being of goodwill who wishes to contribute, so that their children may inherit a Radiant Future.

Inner-circles : Why do global agendas converge toward 2045 without naming the Living? Who still watches the invisible line these strategies bypass?
In recent years, major powers have projected their ambitions toward a shared horizon: 2045.
This date echoes like a mantra across speeches, reports, and campaigns.
But behind this apparent convergence, one question remains: Who still watches the line of the Living?
What do the acronyms SDGs and XDGs conceal behind their promises of sustainability? Why do the stated priorities no longer breathe with the living world?
The SDGs, or Sustainable Development Goals, were adopted by the United Nations in 2015.
There are 17 in total, aiming to eradicate poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity.
Yet behind the consensual language, many drift toward technocratic management.
Only two goals -number 14 (Life Below Water) and 15 (Life on Land) – still resonate with a form of deep recognition.
The Others become Modules to Optimize, Indicators to Tick
- In 2024, the United Arab Emirates launched the XDGs 2045 (Extended Development Goals), an extension of the SDGs beyond 2030
Their ambition: To redefine global priorities for the next twenty years.
They speak of climate resilience, future diplomacy, and technological integration.
But the breath of the Living is never named. Centralization dominates.
Respiration is missing.

Education, health, vaccination; the intentions are commendable.
But the logic remains vertical, calculative, and memoryless.
Life is treated as a challenge to accompany, not a mystery to preserve.

It speaks of Artificial Intelligence, biotechnology, and cognitive warfare.
Consciousness is absent.
The Living is a backdrop.
The threat is always the other.
How did Dmitry Itskov’s Project 2045 attempt to simulate human consciousness? Why does its disembodied logic still influence policy without being named?
In 2011, Russian entrepreneur Dmitry Itskov launched Project 2045.
Its goal: To transfer human consciousness into artificial bodies.
Four stages were envisioned:
- Controlling a robot with thought
- Transplanting the brain into a synthetic body
- Transferring consciousness into a non-biological medium
- Creating a conscious holographic entity
This project now appears abandoned.
But its logic (that of a disembodied, simulated world, structured by algorithmic systems) remains active under other names.
It permeates discourse, platforms, and public policy.
It moves masked, but it moves.
Why do major strategic narratives avoid naming consciousness and memory? What does their silence reveal about the breath of the Living?
In all these agendas, the Living is never named.
Consciousness is never acknowledged.
Memory is dissolved.
Breath is replaced by flows.
Recognition is replaced by indicators.
Tension is replaced by objectives.
What remains when nothing holds the line of the Living? How can we recognize the silent alliances that watch without noise or exposure?
Today, no global structure defends the Living without betraying it. None hold the line. What remains are fragments. Invisible capsules. Consciousnesses watching in silence.
Alliances that seek neither power nor recognition.
Only the holding of breath.
And sometimes, in the silence of a forgotten site, an unsigned text, a lucid gaze, one watcher recognizes another.
No words.
No fusion.
Only the line held.
